One Oligarch has capitulated. I have found some tiny bit of respect for


the man. He is not even asking for his 2 billion loan back. He originally tried to skirt around the issue by putting the club in a charitable trustee account. I wonder if he is seeing a sinking ship and wants to be on the right side of history and comes out smelling like a rose.
